Property ran out of bottled water, we didn't get any till last night before checking out only 2 bottles which i had to ask for. I found that disappointing and staff wasn't friendly at all.

The lady that checked me in was so nice, she was patient and kind. Very intelligent and kind. She was soft spoken and took the time to answer our questions. Very good service.

tl;dr: The Edison IHG Crowne Plaza rob you while they dehydrate you then rough you up in the morning. Hotel had no drinking water and is not close to any convenience stores. Paid a ridiculous price for the room for a Saturday night, room had no water, front desk had run out of water, and there was no water in any of the vending machines. Front desk also neglected to give me breakfast vouchers on check-in, which honestly was not a problem until: 1. Went to have breakfast, didn't have vouchers at the start, said I just didn't get them on check-in 2. Waiter brought check. 3. Went to the front desk, got vouchers. 4. Gave waiter vouchers -- waiter proceeded to angrily chew me out in front of my elderly mother because he had already printed a check. Left us utterly gobsmacked. Abandon hope all ye who book this IHG.

Do to a sudden storm icy conditions occurred and poor lighting with not salting resulted in me slipping and falling with me breaking my arm. This resulted in me using my stay to recover for my return to Arizona on 1/21.

Stay would have been a five star rating from me except for the fact that the room next to mine had me up until 4am due the excessive noise which didn’t stop even when complaints were made. End up missing my train and had to wait two hours for another. Noise noise noise. Was not able to sleep a WINK!

Roach (dead) in the bed. No one at the front desk would even speak to us about it. I made an official complaint on line as well and never heard from anyone. I paid over $200 for one night and I can say I’ll avoid all Crown Plaza hotels from now on because of the lack of customer service.

I enjoyed the fact that we literally didn't have to leave if we didn't want to. The hotel offered room service. Also, I was able to borrow tape to hang my husband's birthday sign in the room.

I miss the included breakfast with the omlet station where a real wonderful person made you a made to order omlet. I undersatnd how it could have fallen to Covid, however now, espesially given out OVID awareness, it was not reinstated. At this time, the breakfast is so-so Average or a bit below average. I have been staying here for many years, as I grew up in the area and travel here to visit my family. I alsways looked foward to a nice stay. Yes, lobby updated, but for such a nice upgrade, I would also love the omlet station reinstated. Just to say though, the staff was very professional and room clean, bed clean. Would recommend.

Make sure you double check the check-out time. We were told 12pm is the checkout time by the front desk, but next day someone knocked the door at around 11am and said the check out time is passed. Unpleasant experience.
