« This was a great historic building, we really enjoyed the history it conveyed. There was plenty of room to spread out and it was very conveniently located to attractions in the area. A picture of the front of the building would have been helpful on the listing as we were mistakenly at the building next door. »

« The property was beautiful and clean. We were there for my Grandson graduation from Western New England University the house didn’t disappoint. the back porch/patio was great we were going to go out to dinner after graduation but instead we barbecue and spent quality time with Family before sending Grandson to Washington DC. The next day we were headed back to California. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. »

« “Upscaled” is not the first word I would use to describe this property even though it is the first word in the property description. The home is older and while clean is not light and bright as the picture of the living room would indicate. In fact, the rug and the couches are completely different. Most of the blinds were missing slats or did not operate to let light in. Rose was incredibly responsive and personable. « We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively.The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner.
