"Very nice well kept property with a feel for being in nature. The grounds/plantings are well kept and tropical feeling with a butterfly garden yard games, 2 pools and more. The only downside was no beach. But, if you are patient you can spot some very cool fish from the docks"
"The property is located in Marathon and close to both a Publix and Winn-Dixie. The Kitchen is also well equipped for those nights that you want to eat in. There is also no shortage of restaurants and local places to eat within a short drive. The home was a great layout for our family with a great dock and quick access to the Atlantic by boat. After a day out boating it also has a nice pool with deck and grill for a relaxing evening.The host Jeff is also great and adds numerous special touches to make sure your trip is enjoyable. Strongly recommend this home if you are interested in staying in the Marathon area and close to Sombrero Beach. "
"We really enjoyed our stay here, room was clean and nicely accommodated. However, it had some fixtures that could be updated like there was a whole on the tile of our restroom. Wans't a deal breaker. Kayaking was quite fun and staff was nice. We could see ourselves going back. "

"Had a great stay!! Communication was great! We needed a huge favor, and Thania was more than accommodating to help us out. Would definitely recommend this location for open water and beach access. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Tiki bar and lights around the pool area were a hit in the evenings. Screened area was great! We will definitely stay again for our yearly family trip to Marathon. "

"Great property for large group. All the things you would want for a large group. The owner was fantastic and had great information and exceeded all of our expectations. Just a note of caution is sometimes in July there can be a lot of mosquitos and seaweed in the keys. This has nothing to do with property or owner just something we did not know."
