When we arrived we were greeted and greeted very disrespectfully. There was a lot of confusion about the stay. When it’s listed as entire house you think we would have it completely to ourselves. The listing does mention they live there with a dog but not until the very end of the description. Their dog barked early in the morning and sat outside our door and barked another time as. We mentioned that and nothing was done. We planned it to be a relaxing weekend and it wasn’t, Especially with the dog barking a lot. Dog hair everywhere, toothpaste in the sink, was mostly clean but those things could be avoided. Owner made strange and unnecessary comments. Was not the most fun stay. ##### Karl H. The water in this area is extremely clear with lots of wildlife to enjoy. The property fits in with the beauty of up north. The house sits on a large property with two dock to enjoy. There is also plenty of furniture, sit on the dock, in the pines or under the porch. The house had everything we needed and has a cabin atmosphere with a large room with a queen size bed, cable, WiFi, day bed, full size fridge, and a kitchenette meet our cooking needs. We hesitate to say how wonderful a place it was, for fear it will always be booked and not available! We saw lots of deer, turkeys and a bear while driving back to the rental at dusk. One evening a buck greeted us in the driveway. The ground floor entry was perfect for us and the living area was comfortable as was the bed. We enjoyed the hot tub and were able to attended church with Dana on Sunday! Thanks Dana, Greg and Sophie (the dog) for sharing you little piece of heaven on earth with us.
