Some of the flaws that you encountered were beyond our controll: you phoned us using your personal mobile and the hung ups were due to bed connection. Italian regulation is very strict on new Covid 19 restrictions and procedures: I am sorry if you felt harassed but we must stick to them. Please accept our apologies for the payment misunderstanding: it was a genuine mistake from our side. Nevertheless we are so sorry that we couldn't provide you the service and experience that we always want to offer to our estemeed guests. Every guest room of the Hotel Alla Posta dei Donini is a blend of sheer elegance and individual décor and we take care of every detail. Our Villa and rooms are very appreciated to our Guests so, we are sorry but we did not understand your opinion. Please, can you specify which problems there were exactly? Our staff is always available and If you had contacted us we could have had given you another room. We apologize for the level of noise but when we have a wedding event, we always verify that the music stopped by the time allowed and we are sorry for the disturbance caused. Regards.
