The house is fully equipped and features a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room, and a kitchen arranged on different levels. In front of the house, there is a terrace with fantastic views of the village and the mountains, as well as a barbecue area. The property can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a garden, a balcony, and a barbecue. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool and an open terrace. The pool is located about 50 meters from the house, a 2–3 minute walk, and is shared with the other two houses. The center of Sóller is about a 20-minute walk away. It is a very pleasant walk, but please note that the incline is quite pronounced. For guests arriving by car, a small, manageable vehicle or a scooter is recommended due to the narrow mountain streets. A parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Beach and pool towels are provided. This is a self-catering property. Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied. Guests are expected to purchase their own after using what is provided. Cons: The house with its terrace is perfect by beautifull weather, but the inside should be rather dark by bad weather.
