The holiday home Ca Sa Mar is centrally located in Soller. The 300 m² home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a television, and a washing machine. A baby bed and a highchair are available upon request.  
  
This property features a private garden as well as both a covered and open private terrace with seating furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Guests can use the barbecue to cook meals outside on the terrace.  
  
Thanks to the convenient location of the vacation home, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away. The nearest restaurant is 1 minute away, and the nearest supermarket is a 3-minute walk away (250 m). Many shops, restaurants, and the town's main square can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. Many stunning beaches are just a short drive away—for instance, Platja den Repic is just 6 minutes away by car (3.2 km). Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are about 37 minutes away by car (34.2 km).  
  
No pets allowed. No air conditioning. Late check-in after 9pm is available for an extra fee. Bed linens and towels are included. Heating is available for an extra fee depending on consumption.  
  
This is a self-catering property. Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied. Guests are expected to purchase their own supplies after using what is provided. For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property.

I booked it for the lovely courtyard and was not disappointed- it was a relaxing sanctuary.Soller was the perfect location to explore the Serra de Tramuntana mountain villages by car.I will be highly recommending this home to friends! Property was excellent!!! Perfect indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Comfortable beds and kitchen with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal if you like. Many close restaurants near by and everything is walkable. No AC, which was tough the first day and night sleeping, but fans were provided, and weather was much cooler for the rest of our stay. You cannot beat this place, it’s wonderful!
