"This hotel was infinitely better than I expected from the photos. It is simple in design but very comfortable and well equipped. The staff are excellent, cheery and helpful. The parking was super convenient, just stopped outside the hotel to pick up the key and the parking is around the corner. The location is pretty well on the sea front, just near is a small supermarket which was handy. We had one of the cheaper rooms, with only a small, side balcony. Though our view was obstructed a little by the building in front, it was still very pleasant. Try to get a higher floor for this reason. The pool and restaurant area is lovely and extremely clean. Breakfast was simple but perfectly fine. We would definitely stay again. Special shout out to Dina who gave us a super friendly welcome! "

"Great location a short walk to beach,bars and restaurants. Very quiet. The pool area was well served with sun beds although the sun disappeared quite early in the evening around 6.00 pm. The public areas are up to date but the bedrooms and bathrooms need a refurbishment as they are very tired. This did not impact on our stay but thought it required comment. We had breakfast which was excellent. Did not have dinner as the hotel is within walking distance of a great variety of eateries to choose from. The sunsets from the beach are worth staying out for.We will be returning hopefully soon. "

"Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. It’s difficult to park in the village so when we found a space we left the car there and went out on foot. Minor quibble - the listing details need some updating. There is no hot tub and the air con is only in one room. There are fans however and the thick walls keep the house cool. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return."
