Thank you for your comments Maria, they help us to improve our service, in this case as it is a reservation of a single night, we do not give more than one key to avoid losses and with-it extra charges. On the dates that you stayed with us our roof closed at 12:30 am, unfortunately there is little we can do with the surrounding bars. For the extra charge, at check in we gave you a sheet in accordance with our policies, which specifies that we charge for damaged targets and is signed by you. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. But we take their experience into account. Best regards.

We actually had an issue with the hot water that was fixed in less than 30 minuts but unfortunately you gave no time to the receptionist to inform you bacause you just wanted a refund and you left. We dont want to justify because we understand that maybe for you having hot water at this moment was very important and we understand that, just to let you know that is not the management poor, but sometimes issues happens and we try our best to fix them in the shortest time possible to give no inconveniences to our guests.
