"I would rate this motel 10/10. Definitely would stay there again. The room was very clean, and the area was very quiet. Check in was super easy, I like the fact that there was a code to the door instead of key cards. Also the fact that you could broadcast anything from your phone to the TV was amazing! That’s the first time I’ve ever seen a hotel/motel do that."

"This used to be a somewhat decent place before. They’ve changed ownership and it’s even worse. Completely no breakfast at all not even coffee or tea. Typical Indian people. Now, I’m not saying they’re not nice but they just don’t have customer service tendencies, culture or American standards in the sense of hospitality. My bed was literally on the floor no frame at all was so uncomfortable and hard to sleep on! Tiny 27 inch tv No Vending machine, don’t answer phone at front desk. No amenities. This is a huge profit for these people on the weekends when they can charge 200-300 in this area it’s ridiculous. For not even updated the linen since they bought the place! Same sheets as the old owner! Dingy old musty. They have an opportunity to do great things in this area and they choose to do bare minimum. Typical Indian family living in the side of the hotel."

"Room was clean and spacious. Loved the king sized beds. We stay here often when we visit our son who attends CSUMB. We like the free coffee machine where you can customize your coffee. The place is very affordable as well. "
