They had their own space downstairs, the kitchen allowed us to cook in and we used the grill to cook our fresh salmon outside. Dining area worked for meals and games! This place was perfectly located - isolated and quiet but only 20 minutes from everything you need. Also hugely convenient since we spent time in Soldotna, Kenai, Seward, Homer, Ninilchik, and Cooper Landing. We had 10 people from 7-74 years old. Plenty of room in the house to spread out. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient. Always responded timely manner and answered all of our questions and it was very accommodating as well. The house is as described and well stocked with all the basic essentials. It’s clean and functional and very well setup for fishing. We had a great time staying there and able to fish whenever we like at the backyard.
