It is situated right on the Kenai River with very sturdy steel/aluminum stairs going down to the shore with a private steel/aluminum dock at one of the great fishing holes on the Kenai River. The home was built in 2005 and is in fantastic condition. The home was built in 2005 and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A large kitchen with bar and a dining area. A comfortable sitting/tv room and a very large and spacious deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue/grill. The property is 2 1/2 acres with a winding driveway back to the home so you have a very private setting. The home is situated approximately 50 or so feet above the river so there is no risk of flooding at highwater. There are lots of pine trees and plenty of parking out front. The home is well furnished with a nice deck off of the master bedroom. The master bedroom has both a shower and a stand alone tub. You are well outside of the city lights so you will have spectacular night skies. This home is also situated on the Funny River side of the Kenai so it is not so busy. It is just across the river from the town of Sterling and just below the Moose River confluence. Once you have made a reservation with a deposit you will receive a rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete your reservation.
