« This property was amazing! I was glad when Mimi told us that the condo was fully stocked. Believe me, this condo is truly FULLY stocked! We had so much fun boogie boarding at the beach, lounging in the chairs, using the umbrellas, and (most of all) playing tennis with the provided tennis rackets and balls. « Wow, the perfect beach front condo. Unbelievable views, awesome property, couldn't be more happy with our stay. Everything you could possibly need is there. Only gripes would be poor water pressure, master bed a little too firm, and going up the stairs from beach is a serious workout. « Four of us enjoyed our stay. We were there for a wedding and the house was centrally located for all of the venues we visited. Although we didn’t cook or eat at the house, the kitchen is well stocked. The provided coffee bar was a nice bonus. The neighborhood is quiet. There is an AC unit in the main part of the house but not the bedrooms. With the windows open there is a nice breeze in the bedrooms. The 2 parking places provided are a great addition. « Great communication. The house is exactly as described. Beautiful views from the deck and living room. Hot tub was an added bonus. Definitely retro, like someone’s well preserved 70’s cabin. Be aware of the very steep driveway and dirt road to get to the house. Otherwise great stay! »

« Our family of 8 adults were all comfortable and had plenty of space. The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach and walking distance to Del Mar area restaurants.The only recommendation would be to improve the beach chairs, umbrella toys. Most of what is there isn’t useable. But overall a great stay and we would visit again. »

« We were a large group of extended family so we rented the upstairs and downstairs units. It could not have worked out any better.
