Strictly enforced. \- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $40 fee per night, per dog. Up to 1 dog allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. \- Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7\. The camera is at the front door. \- Due to the low floor-level windows, we do not allow young children to stay at this unit. \- The unit does not have air-conditioning, only wall heaters. \- This top-floor unit is accessible by climbing two flights of stairs. The building does not have an elevator. There are no additional stairs inside the unit. CANCELLATION POLICY \- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. \- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). \- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. PARTIES & OVER OCCUPANCY POLICY If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or over occupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. The property is close to excellent restaurants and just a short distance to the beach, which made our stay very enjoyable. The place itself is nice, clean, and well maintained. Parking was a big plus — the parking slots are very nice and made coming and going easy. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location.
