Shore O'Clock - Spacious near Beach, Pool, Tennis

Enjoy ocean breezes from the balcony of this spacious condo in Solana Beach. You'll be near the tennis court, pool and just steps from the beach access in this oceanfront community. Vaulted ceilings add to the airy space. Two bedrooms upstairs, primary has plenty of closet space. Beautiful hickory hardwood floors adorn the lower level of the condo. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space for home cooked meals.
Enjoy a day at the nearby Del Mar Race Track or take a 30 minute drive to any of San Diego’s famous attractions including Legoland, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo or Downtown San Diego.
Solana Beach and Tennis Club is one of the larger complexes on the bluffs. This gated community has one swimming pool, two spas, and 4 tennis courts. There is a view area to catch those iconic Southern California sunsets unobstructed over the Pacific Ocean. Stair access to the beach is located just south of the complex. Located within walking distance to many restaurants, unique shopping and the Solana Beach Train Station.
Please Note: The Solana Beach & Tennis Club is a non-smoking complex. Solana Beach has a city ordinance that requires a 6-night minimum. Two underground parking spaces are provided.

Location is great. Initially had issues with WiFi and ants but property management helped address these issues promptly. We needed to stay another night due to flight issues and the property manager was helpful in accommodating us. Would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice, but we would never rent a 2 story condo again. Too many steps for us oldie but goodies, the place is beautiful.Staff was very nice except for Jennifer, she must need her own vacation. If nothing else do not let her answer the phone. She is very short on the phone gives 2-3 word answers. She really never helped us with anything, she acted as if I was bothering her. Maybe she is a relative of the owner bc anyone else would not keep this job. I am so sorry Jennifer is not happy at work. She should find a job she truly enjoys!!! ,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It has everything we needed for the time we were there and was in a safe and convenient location. My only feedback is that the living room furniture is uncomfortable and smells terrible, so we really didn't spend time there. Otherwise everything is well maintained and very clean.

We enjoyed the location since it is an easy walk to the beach and very close to just about everything else you may need (grocery, highway, restaurants, etc.). I have no negatives to report about the stay, and will stay here again in the event my family and I stay in Solana Beach next time we visit San Diego!Cheers!
