The king beds were soft and comfortable, everything was very clean, bright and new, and the grounds were lovely with lots of succulents and flowers. There are multiple pools on the complex, but the heated one was our favorite as well as the closest. The kids really enjoyed the boogie boards and the little walk to the beach every day. I was surprised there was no other beach toys/chairs/gear besides towels, because the other vrbo beach condo's we've stayed in always do, but it wasn't a big deal. When we first arrived, there was a lingering odor of it being smoked in, but it was only downstairs, not in the bedrooms upstairs. I'm very sensitive to smells; most people probably wouldn't be bothered by it. Also, there was an air purifier which was nice. We appreciated having a private patio with a grill, as well as a nice washer and dryer. The a/c wasn't necessary, but would have been very nice if it hadn't been so cool the week we were there.
