Upon entering the room, it was clear the housekeeping standards were lacking. The floors hadn’t been thoroughly swept, with visible dust ,dust and crumbs in some areas. The bathroom also had issues, including hair in the sink and shower, and the towels didn’t feel or smell as fresh as I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Even the bedding left me feeling uneasy, with stains and holes that suggested it hadn’t been properly changed. This really impacted my ability to feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.
