The apartment is in a villa with 2 flats and is conveniently located to reach the elegant towns of Salo and the historic Sirmione. At the same time, it is a peaceful base to enjoy away from the crowds. Guests can soak a dip in the shared pool and lounge on sun beds. Alternatively, they can relax with zero interruptions in the private garden with an open-air terrace and enjoy summertime barbecues. Inside, with air-conditioning and central heating, the 2-bedroom apartment offers a comfy stay for up to 6 guests in any season. There is a naturally-lit living room with everything you need to make you feel at home; a big sofa, a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and dining. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa. Location Located on the southwest shore of Lake Garda, Soiano del Lago is a cosy village with easy access to Lake Garda’s attractions. From the apartment, the centre of the village is just 10 minutes on foot, 15 minutes on foot is the grocery shop, and 3 minutes by car are restaurants, bars and the nearest beach. It is possible to spend a fun day in one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Moviland for example are only half an hour away and Parco Natura Viva is 40 minutes by car). The castle of Moniga and the castle of Padenghe are easily reachable as well as the Rocca di Manerba (all within a 15-20 minute drive). The holiday rental is perfect for those looking for a tranquil stay in Lake Garda. It offers proximity to Sirmione (a 30-minute drive), with the lakefront Scaligero Castle, and Desenzano, with the famous Desezanino beach (a 10-minute drive). Salo is also within easy driving distance, just under 25 minutes and is a fascinating town where you can find just about everything: from culture and nature to modern entertainment and pleasant walks near the waterfront. There are also a lot of opportunities for staying active on your holiday such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, diving and golfing. The house is big enough, clean and quiet. It is also well equipped (everything you need in the kitchen) The swimming pool with the view on the lake is enjoyable although we would have appreciated to know it’s synthetic grass all around the house. Diese ist für einen Familienurlaub gut ausgestattet. Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs sind mit Auto schnell zu erreichen (ca. 10min Supermarkt etc.) Für einen Besuch vom Gardasee Hafen muss man zu Fuß jedoch etwas Zeit mitbringen. ( ca.30min). Außenanlage und Pool in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Kommunikation mit Reiseagentur jederzeit möglich und vorbildlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. ##### Thorsten W. Es funktionierte leider nur eine Herdplatte. Es gab auch keinen Bio-Müllbeutel. Es musste alles zusätzlich gekauft werden, was ein wenig schade ist. Aber insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und schöne Lage mit viel Platz.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es gab immer einen Ansprechpartner. ##### Carmen B.
