"We had a nice stay at the Hyatt before our flight. It is very close to the airport and the rental car return. Check in was fast. The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. They had parking for my car (for a fee). Breakfast was laid out nice and had a nice assortment. I would stay here again if I needed a hotel at Heathrow. "

"Easy to go anywhere. You can walk around the bridge or the tower of London. Train and bus stop are walking distance. Restaurant and Pub are nearby. You have everything around the hotel. Good service and great view from the room. Me and wife spent good time at this hotel."

"The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We had an upgrade on arrival too which was great. We were aware of the renovation work going on and we didn’t hear or see anything. The location was great. We didn’t manage to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked lovely and would try it on our next stay. The only gripe we had was that we found the double bed to be very small."
