The Mainero property is an old country house dating back to 1800, recently renovated in 2010\. It is surrounded by a lush landscape of trees and features a private, fenced property with a large garden, complete with a wildlife garden and outdoor seating areas. Enjoy al fresco dining with the provided garden furniture and barbecue. Convenient parking is available on-site. The property's excellent location in the heart of Soglio, Italy, ensures easy access to nearby amenities while maintaining a peaceful, tranquil ambiance.

Unit Layout  
The property is a 6-room cottage spanning 230 square meters over 3 levels, offering rustic and cozy furnishings. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a living/sleeping room with one bed and a TV, and access to the garden. There's also a large kitchen/living room equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a kettle, and another decorative open-hearth fireplace, along with a dining table and an exit to the garden. Additionally, there's a shower and WC on this level. The upper floor features a double bedroom with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and access to a balcony, a walk-through room with one bed, and another double bedroom with a double bed and balcony access. This level also has a shower, bidet, and WC. The 2nd upper floor consists of an open gallery with sloping ceilings and one bed. The property boasts parquet and natural stone floors, and the living room is a farmhouse lounge with distant views of the countryside. Just an example, the heating is available only from October 15th to April 15th.
