You’ll love our comfortable place located in the heart of central Sofia because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighbourhood, the light, and the comfy bed.  
Our place of 2 bedrooms is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).  
All flat is sunny (looking south), cosy and really spacious, located on Gurko street, next to the famous artistic Shishman street, the favorite place for entertainment of Sofia residents and guests, where they can immerse themselves in the pleasant atmosphere of restaurants, bars, galleries and shops. Around our place are the most significant historic sights of the city - Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, National Theater “Ivan Vazov”, museums, the largest urban garden, exhibitions, museums, churches, universities and other close to all main attractions. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk away from subway station with direct line to the airport and 1 minute walk away from bus and trolleybus transports.   
This is a 115m² spacey apartment which offers a comfortable stay:  
\- 1st Double bedroom with 160/200 bed size - 20m², with air conditioning   
\- 2nd Double bedroom with 160/200 bed size - 18m², with air conditioning   
\- Living room with a comfortable sofa bed - 140/190 bed side and cable TV - 24m², with air conditioning   
\- Dining room - 12m²  
\- Brand new full equipped kitchen (10 m²) with oven, fridge with refrigerator, dishwasher, dryer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, water cooker, kettle and kitchen cutlery. Coffee, tea, cream and spices are provided for your stay

\- Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom and some other aids

#### Schönes Apartment mit super Lage

Der Aufenthalt war schön, wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war auch im Urlaub, so haben wir sie leider nicht getroffen, trotzdem hat alles sehr gut geklappt mit dem Check-in. Ich hätte es gerne vorher gewusst das wir mit dem Kinderwagen 6 Stockwerke rauf und runter müssen zu Fuß. Weiß auch nicht wieso ein Pool angegeben ist in der Beschreibung. Das hat mir leider gefehlt.
