Wel is er om het huis weinig voor kinderen, dan moet je stukje op pad. Das Haus liegt zwischen der viel befahrenen Ötztalstraße (direkt in Höhe Obergeschoß) und mehrstöckigen Apartmenthäusern und in einem Schattenhang (nur wenige Stunden Sonne.) Für 6 Personen viel zu klein. Met het telefoonnummer van de reservering contact gekregen maar een heel verwarde uitleg en onduidelijke wegbeschrijving naar het eigenlijke chalet. Die Wohnung liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber wenn man morgens sowieso ein Spaziergang oder Gassi gehen möchte so kann man dies mit Brötchen holen verbinden. Einzige Kritik das Fernsehschauen von der Eßzimmerbank(Wohnung im oberen Geschoß) ist sehr unbequem. Will man etwas kochen muß man Salz, Gewürze...
