Apartment block "Alpenapart Saphir", built in 2009\. In the district of Windau 900 m from the centre of Sölden, 84 km from the centre of Innsbruck, 150 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bakery 200 m, bus stop "Sölden Haus Bella Vista" 350 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 38.9 km, indoor swimming pool 1.1 km. Mountain railway, ski lift, slopes 150 m, cross country ski track 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 150 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Aquapark "Freizeitarena Ötztal". Tennis, 9-hole golf course in Mieming 60 km. Ride. Fishing. Summer skiing in Retten/Tiefenbach glacier 14 km. paragliding. Hiking trails, mountain hikes, climbing. Bike paths, mountain bike routes. Ötztal fun park.  
"Amethyst", 3-room apartment 50 m2 on 1st floor. Practical and beautiful furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, 1 double sofabed and cable TV. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
