This cozy studio that offers a comfortable king sized bed, small futon, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and private parking is walking distance to the Sodus Point lighthouse, popular restaurants/bars, and many fishing charters! This studio is ADA compliant with a very large bathroom. Boat rentals are available only 500 feet away. This was a last-minute booking and we could not have been more pleased. Everything was clean and comfortable and the listing was completely accurate. We will definitely stay here again. This property was wonderful. Even though it was in the middle of the village, it was in the back of a residence and it was so quiet. We felt like we were in the middle of the woods. It was fantastic. Bedding was clean and comfortable. there is a smaller refrigerator, which was the perfect size, and a microwave which allowed us to read our leftovers from the night before to eat for breakfast.
