Good stuff - comfy bed, good sized fridge w/working freezer, safe, iron/ironing board, microwave, good shower, nice front desk personnel Bad stuff - I stayed 6 nights and housekeeping came once, WiFi was almost unusable (they did reset it 2x for me which seemed to help a bit), shower fan was super loud and rackety, light fixture hanging off the wall by wires, terrible quality toilet paper You get what you pay for on this one, no frills, but not expensive which is nice for longer stays.

Very disappointed with this place! The bedding was clean, but the bathroom needs to be updated. No amenities! Breakfast was not much, coffee all gone, no hot water for instance oatmeal. Dirty outside. You get what you pay for! I’ve stayed at other Baymont and they were all fine.

the property had comfortable bed and pet friendly. could definately be cleaner, could see light all around door. felt uncomforatible and did not take shower. grounds needed swept and washed down lots of glass in driveway. trash was wide open. expected more from the Windham s Property apparently was updated by previous company but that appears to be years ago. needs substancial investment to get it up to reasonable quality standard. Floor in dining room was water damaged and while photos look good, the reality of the rooms and property were substandard. And as my wife just added. "thats as kind as we can be. "

Don’t let the outside fool you. It does look a little ruff. But the rooms are very nice. Very clean and well appointed. I will stay there again if I drive through the area in the future. The young man at the desk was a kind and considerate person.

Was ok. Stay at the Econo lodge if you have a choice. When we checked in they couldn’t find my reservation, and I gave the the number, email ect from Expedia. Pool has algae growing in it. It’s a beautiful green color. They don’t pull the weeds in the parking lot and in front of the rooms. Which should tell you everything you need to know. No pride in ownership. And we didn’t receive maid service. And I don’t know why they skipped our room. And the free breakfast was a bowl of cereal. The waffle machine was broke. And coffee you have to be desperate to drink. Sorry to the owners, but this could be a nice little place to stay if they would just take care of their place. Last choice next time we go to Socorro.

The rooms themselves and the main office was clean. The property itself had bottle caps and misc small trash all over. The breakfast option was not good. The drinks were all luke warm, even the juice that was in the fridge.

Diamond in hiding.
The outside of the building could use updating but don't let that stop you from booking. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and enjoyed a goid hot shower. Check in was quick and easy. Would absolutely stay again.

super hot water, room environment was fine, bed was clean, tv worked, it was quiet except for a camper with a truck and boat leaving at 5 am. Internet worked immediately. All the important things were there, just not well dusted and the parking lot was dirty.

The check in was awkward. Had to rjng rhe bell for service than was told to wait 5-10more minutes. So I was left alone in the dark lobby. The room was decent. Kind of small and the painting was falling off the tub but at least it was clean.

This is a quiet, old motor inn, which has had some updating. Rooms are wood look linoleum. Can be slippery, and all gravel, trash, dirt comes into room. Bed was excellent. Parking area was just such that stuff was dragged into the room. Nice staff. Stay was nicer than first impression

Pictures of outside of building are misleading. This is an older building that renovated the rooms and not much else. Check in entrance and other areas could us some attention. Room was fairly clean

Room was nice, remodeled and spacious. Tub in bathroom is old and doesn't drain well. Breakfast was minimal...no fruit or anything we could eat. Disappointing. This property was previously America's Best, now Red Roof....has gone downhill. We will not return.

It was ok
There was really no communication after checkin and no additional information at checkin. Handed a key and told what room to go to. There was very thick (old) cobwebs in the corner by the door and the shower had a large chunk out of it. Other then that it was clean.

Chose your room wisely
Make sure your room IS NOT on the bottom floor. The room above mine was very loud with lots of pacing. I went to the front office to see if they had ear plugs, they did not. Found myself running to the store at 10pm to buy some. Staff is friendly, but not the best hotel for the tired traveler.

This was the nicest Red Roof Inn I have stayed in. The rooms look recently renovated and were very clean. The area seemed safe and well lit. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We were only here for a short night during balloon fiesta, but we would recommend and stay here again!
