"My stay was great but ice machine was broken and they did not provide an iron in which I needed for my stay but over all I enjoyed my stay."

"Our stay started poorly as there were a number of issues with our room. After overhearing our conversation with the front desk we were approached by Deanna who was with the property management company. Not only did she and her GM have our room completely recleaned but they comped us an additional night. New management is working hard to bring tjis resort to what it can be. Great location terrific price for oceanfront suite. We will certainly try Sancastle again in the future."
