L'emplacement est idéal pour les amateurs de centres commerciaux mais ne se prête pas à l'immersion culturelle. Les plus aventeureux pourront cependant sauter dans le métro annexé au Mall pour partir à l'exploration de la ville. Le personnel est poli et stylé. Nous déconseillons aux Nord-Américains le buffet matinal du restaurant Canal, très achalandé, bruyant, nourriture tiède et plutôt dispendieux. Rendez-vous plutôt au petit comptoir alimentaire du Café Met, à deux pas de l'hôtel (dans le mall). La nourriture est excellente, les cafés sont délicieux et les prix, raisonnables. Bref, cet hôtel est plus qu'adéquat pour les séjours de courte durée, par exemple, une nuitée entre deux vols. On y dort très bien et le service est irréprochable.
