The charming mountain-top village has a variety of activities to match. Bavaria\`s Finest is a one bedroom, two bath with loft. Located across the street from the Western Territory and within walking distance to Shavers Centre and the village. Fully equipped kitchen, with a washer and dryer, Living room with wood fireplace (wood provided), TV/DVD, Located just off Whistlepunk Trail, a Novice run leading to the entire trail system, and across the street from the Double Black Diamond trails of Western Territory. The location is great an easy walk out the back to the slopes. The kitchen has everything you need to feed your family or it’s an easy walk to the Pizza Slice, Tuques, Appalachian kitchen or hop on the shuttle to the village. We had an easy time getting to the lifts and such. The entry/mudroom was great for leaving wet gear to dry. The property is a bit dated, but in good condition. If there is a lot of natural snow between the unit and groomed slopes that might be possible. But for us it was either a short walk to catch the shuttle or a block or more to the slopes. The unit itself was clean and as advertised. The furnishings and decor is dated and basic, but a fine place to sleep and prepare meals while skiing. It’s a one bedroom but the lift area serves as a second bedroom. No cell service but wi-fi was reliable and a landline phone was provided. The firewood they provided was so green it wouldn’t catch fire even with a duraflame log burning under it for an hour. ##### Deb D.
