COMFORT, COMFORT, COMFORT. Our unit has a brand new KING SIZE bed to rest in after a long day on the slopes. This unit is one of very few one bedroom units that have a KING SIZE bed. Don't you deserve it? LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. There quite simply is not a better location for the ski/snowboard enthusiast to enjoy Snowshoe Mountain. Our Mountain Lodge one bedroom suite (unit 334) is SLOPESIDE; walk out the door and enjoy the slopes. Our unit faces Ballhooter lift (the high speed quad lift) and slope system with fabulous views of the slopes and easy access to Green, Blue, and Black trails. If you want a break from the slopes, you can sit on your balcony or look out the unit window and still enjoy the mountain experience. VALUE, VALUE, VALUE. Our completely remodeled unit offers the best value in Mountain Lodge and in fact the entire village. Our top floor location offers unprecedented views of the slopes and the mountains without dealing with overhead noise lower floor units endure. Once we arrived we were able to pull right to the front, unload, and get our parking pass easily and quickly. The room was very clean the view was better than expected! Our room was right in front of the lift, so great location2) the linens and room was pretty cleanCons:1) the building was so old, was more like an hostel than a condominium 2) as soon as you entered the room there was a strong smell, not sure if it was from the building or just the carpets. It was strong but we got used to it.3) the communication could be better, you’d expect them to be able to tell you about the shared washer/dryer and if it’s coined or credit card, but no, they didn’t have that info. Or proactively send checkout instructions and not wait until asked. Even if it’s “no instructions, just run the dishwasher”. Jan 21, 2018 #### Unit is in great location but is showing signs of aging Location is great but Mountain Lodge and unit is showing lots of signs of aging. Clean and kept as up to date as possible but pricing for unit was expensive for one bedroom unit. Sliding door froze closed and had limited hot water. The check-in/out was very efficient with Mountain Lodge front desk and owner was quick to respond to any questions. The location is ideal for a ski enthusiast. My husband enjoyed all ski runs, especially the advanced ones on the west side. Condo’s private parking lot within a few steps from the slopes helped to keep all ski equipment in a car and speed up morning “getting ready to have fun” process. King size bed was comfortable and 3-rd floor location helped with quietness and great long-distance views of the mountains and ski slopes. Even though there are lots of eat/drink places within walking distance from ML, at the main street, our favorite place to eat was Old Spruce brewery, that takes a little driving from the place, but well worth it :) Would definitely stay again! ##### Irina G. Hole in the wall around the showerhead, bedroom heat didn't work but a portable heater was provided. Moving the luggage from the car to the apartment was a chore. Long distance with stairs. There is an elevator but you can't avoid some stairs. Kitchen was fine and well equipped. ##### Vito M. There are several rooms that are slopeside, but I think we found the best one!! The king bed was great and sooo comfortable! Thank you for the extra effort to put in a good mattress! Also there is a crockpot for use and the tv was a roku one, so we were able to quickly access our Netflix & Amazon accounts for movies after we were off the slopes for the day!! Another super thank you for updating your tv for all of your visitors & not just getting by with a cheap one. It’s the little things that can make all the difference and I think this family has gone above and beyond to make their place comfortable, updated, and We can’t wait to come again...if we could only find an open date!!!
