THE RESORT: At 4,848 feet, Snowshoe Mountain has the best skiing south of Vermont and east of Colorado, and is the perfect all-season destination in West Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains. You’re sure to find activities and adventures to keep all your family members happy. ● Winter – With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and five terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, consider the many other activities available such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, Polaris RZR tours, snowmobile tours, and horse-drawn sleigh rides, to name a few. ● Summer – Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails. You can easily catch a shuttle from Silver Creek to the main ski and western areas (all three areas plus top of the world are included in ski pass and accessible from shuttle service). Tim and Mari were amazing hosts - fantastic communication and easy to work with. Condo is exactly as described. There is an indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub on the first floor for use with this rental. They note in communication - but bring your own toiletries, tissues/paper towels. Plenty of blankets/pillows/towels supplied. Only caution is that while the fee is refundable per VRBO listing - however - if you use a credit card - \*\*EDH Rentals will withhold a 3% “refund fee” for ANY amount refunded for any reason, as our card processing agent levies this fee for any charge, even if the charge is refunded.\*\* This was not an issue for us - we knew this was where we wanted to stay. ##### Melissa U.
