The only issue we had was a malfunctioning of the sofa bed fold out unit. We were able to make it work, but the folding and unfolding mechanism did not seem to be functioning properly. It was a really hot day the day we checked in. When we opened the door to the condo, it felt like an oven. There is a portable unit in the den that we turned on full blast within minutes of arriving, but with check-in not being until 5, it couldn’t make a dent in anything except the main living space before bedtime that night. It would have made a big difference if it could have been turned on earlier in anticipation of our stay. One of the two bedrooms has windows that open to the outside, so while it wasn’t great the first night in there, the temperature was bearable. The second bedroom is down a long hallway from the main room and has no exterior windows, and it was was impossible to sleep in there with the heat - even with box fans lined up down the hallway trying to push some cool air in there. We had to sleep on the couch in the den that night. We left the ac running full blast all day the next day. By that night, the bedroom closest to the den was comfortable, and the bedroom down the hall was bearable, but not great. I’d recommend this place most of the time, but not in the hottest part of the summer! ##### Jessica O.
