You’re sure to find activities and adventures to keep all your family members happy. ● Winter – With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and five terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, consider the many other activities available such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, Polaris RZR tours, snowmobile tours, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and the Snowshoe spa, to name a few. ● Summer – Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails. Other activities include hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, clay shooting, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, relaxing on the sandy beach by Shavers Lake, etc.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: ● Mountain Lodge features equipment lockers for rent (each holds up to two mountain bikes), for $15/per day on a first-come/first-serve basis, an arcade for the kids and young at heart, an inviting lobby built around a large fireplace (lit in the winter), laundry facilities, conference rooms, and a prime location that’s just a quick walk to Snowshoe’s main high-speed quad lift, Split Rock Pools, Wildcat Grocery, and the St. Bernard Chapel. ● Please be courteous and considerate of the other guests and abide by the quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. ● Party away on the mountain or at a local restaurant. But, please, no parties in the condo. ● Free bus shuttles are available from the Village to Top of the Mountain, and to Silver Creek for night skiing. Reach the Western Territory by way of the Silver Creek shuttle. ● If you need additional accommodations, please ask me about my other condos in the Snowshoe Mountain Resort.

We welcome you to park for free at the Top of the World (left out of Mountain Lodge parking lot; one mile up the road). From there, you can take the shuttle to the Village, and walk to Mountain Lodge. It is imperative that you move your vehicle(s) out of the Mountain Lodge parking lot immediately following check-out, as the lot is not large enough to accommodate vehicles of incoming Guests in addition to those of departing Guests.

Listing was accurate and the condo was clean, comfortable and had a great location. There for the music fest and could hear the music from the main stage very clearly from the deck. Will definitely stay again.
This condo was just what we needed for two people. Ski in/ski out access to the slopes was great for taking breaks from the cold. The only drawback was that it was missing a corkscrew to open my wine bottle- Will definitely make alternate plans on our next visit. We plan to return, if not this season, in the near future!
We very much liked the room. It was very conveinent to the slopes. Great view off the deck. The kitchen was well equipped to be able to make meals. Appreciated the closet to store the skis as opposed to having to leave them downstairs. The staff was quickly responsive when we raised an issue with lack of lighting over the stove. Would recommend to others and will definitely consider staying in room agian should we plan a return trip.
The condo was well appointed and comfortable for a family of 4. The view of the slopes amazing and it was so easy to get on/off slopes quickly. The only sight negative was the bed was extremely soft, which after a day of skiing makes it hard to get out of and the pillows were not great. Also being on the top floor, it was difficult to control the heat...it got very hot! But, the kitchen had everything we needed and the place suited our needs well! Definitely would stay again!
Unit was immaculate; shower curtain liner appeared brand new and carpet looked freshly cleaned. Kitchen very well equipped and only unit we saw with deck furniture. The location was perfect - we attended the music festival and could hear the music and partially see main stage from our balcony - perfect view of fireworks both nights as well. There was an AC unit in living room and bedroom was kept cool by ceiling fan - there were additional fans in closet but not needed.
Care needed as shower slippery. Clerk at front desk not representative of WV hospitality - very unhelpful but fellow guests showed us easy " back door" access to Snowshoe village.
Would highly recommend and would stay again!
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Shower curtain liner had black mold at the bottom. The TV in the bedroom was not working well. The microwave light was burnt so kitchen area was dark. Took hours for the liner to be replaced. The guy said he would come the next morning to fix the other 2 things, but he never came back. Very limited dining places and probably half of them were closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The food was very expensive and not that good. There was no snow to be seen when coming up the mountain after it was advertised that the previous month it had snowed 72". The snow was not very good for skiing. The whole place was very depressing, being painted a very dark gray. The entrance to the lobby was very unwelcoming. In the lobby there was a table with a plastic across the center passing as a ping pong table. When I asked for the paddles and ball they wanted to charge me $2.50 or $2.75 for 20 minutes!! We were very disappointed. We will not return.
