Mountain Lodge 165 comes with a kitchen that is fully stocked with all the basics you'll need to prepare, cook, and serve a delicious meal. Enjoy coming together and sitting down with your group at the kitchen island (with granite countertops) which can accommodate four people where you can catch up and talk about the fun times you had on the mountain or plan out the next day’s adventures. Within the space, you’ll find plateware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and toaster. Or, if you’re tired of preparing your own meals, consider a short stroll to the magical Snowshoe mountain top village to peruse its numerous shopping and dining options. PETS: We absolutely adore our furry friends and wish you could bring them with you. Unfortunately, Mountain Lodge does not allow guests to bring pets of any type. As such, we have to insist you find alternative accommodations for your pets. However, if you have a certified Service Animal, let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you. Service animals must be registered when you check-in at the front desk. EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee check-in prior to 5:00 PM. We had 8 people which was tight, but the adjacent playground and arcade offset that. Host was responsive although a laundry technicality prevented us from getting extra towels. A couple TV remotes had dead batteries and Tim was quick to get batteries over to us. The location was great! Short walk to shops and restaurants as well as Split Rock pool and hot tub area. The place was just as described, but we were disappointed to learn that we could not use the porch. Looking back at the pic, I understand that what I thought was an outside railing was in fact an inside barrier preventing us from using the space. That was a surprise. The beds were comfortable enough, and my family slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great week, and would happily stay here again. ##### Cody P. Located on first floor for easy access to ski slope and parking lot. Easy check-in process. Property was clean and supplied with basic amenities such as soap, toilet paper, and towels. Only negative was it was very warm inside even when the heat was turned off and outside temperatures in the 20s. The entire building was this way, not just this unit. Also the front balcony was blocked and not usable, not sure why. Otherwise great place, we would stay again for sure.
