This unit is updated and definitely nicer than the ones in Leatherbark that you get through Snowshoe reservations. There was plenty of room for our teens and college students, and surprisingly, they really got into doing the two picture puzzles that were in the unit. The one room is small and no closet space but we used the luggage rack/holder in there and it was fine. It is one of the most updated units. During the week was very quiet. However noise travels easy between the units. So as long as there isn’t a party going on upstairs it’s nice. Everything you need to feel comfortable. Nice finishes and good location. Only downfall is the front bedroom you can hear the upstairs unit anytime they flush…but was not a big deal. My teenagers liked the little sitting area by the windows, nice touch. But the walls of the condo are very thin and we could hear the neighbors playing music loud and partying.
