Highland House # 401: 2 Bedroom, Slope Side, Overlooking the beginners slopes

Highland House; # 401: 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath- King Master Suite: King bed with private bathroom - Bedroom #2 Queen Bed. Sleeper Sofa in the living room area. Fully equipped kitchen with a double oven. Nice large size living room with open views of Skidder Slope and a small deck overlooking the beginner's area. This complex is located in the village which is within walking distance of the Ski & Snowboard Shops and the restaurants in the village. Also has an outdoor community Hot Tub.

LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE SLOPE SIDE Access Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost.

Building Amenities: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance, Free Resort Shuttle, Private lockers, Air Conditioning, Elevators, and a Fitness Room, parking is located near the complex in the main Village Parking Lot across Snowshoe Drive

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file

~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM

~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

Family Ski Vacation

This is our 2nd time renting this property and we love it! The kitchen is huge and has everything you could need/want. The cabinets are even labeled inside! The unit itself is clean and well kept. Location in the village is also great! Super close to everything.

Better Than Expected!

Best views of Skidder/beginner run. Grandma and Auntie were able to watch us through the window the whole day as they enjoyed the fireplace and the Christmas parade on TV. The kitchen had all of the cooking essentials that I needed to make an amazing Christmas lunch! We had a wonderful Christmas vacation! Thank you!

Spacious condo in Snowshoe

This was a lovely property. Spacious and super convenient with lockers downstairs for your ski equipment. Unfortunately the master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a like sleeping on a board. the sleeper sofa was also very uncomfortable. The bunkbeds pictured in the online photo are no longer in the house but the bed that replaced it was nice. The property was clean and in a great location, the downside is that the snow plows start running at about 3:00 AM and are very loud. Next time I stay in Snowshoe I will definitely choose a property in a quieter section of the mountain.

Great location

Beautiful and spacious place, location, and service, with gorgeous views and all the amenities one may want in a really nice ski resort. If I had to nitpick, one thing that could benefit from improving is checking the dishwasher. It works and does not report any errors. However, if dishes are not properly pre-rinsed and scrubbed before being placed in a dishwasher, any sticky food that remains on them will most likely remain there after a wash. Having encountered such dishes and utensils upon checking in, we opted for rinsing and re-washing ones we ended up using. As a side-note, this apartment does not come with a free access to the open pool, so if you opt for that, you will need to pay extra.
