Its ground floor location offers the convenience of being able to slip out the glass doors and, in less than one minute, walk to the slopes or hiking trail, depending on the season in which you're visiting. The interior is warm and inviting, making this a great hideaway for a couple or family! From the soft texture of the plush sofa to the rich grains of wood you'll find in the ceilings and furnishings, a variety of textures work together to create a cozy living space in this condo. Relax on the sofa or accent chair, enjoying the soothing flickering of flames in the gas fireplace or catching the latest movie on the TV mounted above. During the evening, the great room is a cozy space to unwind, while throughout the daytime, you'll enjoy plenty of sunlight thanks to the large set of glass doors along one wall. Stay fueled from the full kitchen, where you'll find a modern space complete with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and tableware. There's no shortage of counter space thanks to the generous kitchen island, which makes cooking hassle free. Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. When voicing this as a concern upon departure I was told that we actually could use the surrounding properties pool and that it was on me for not voicing this concern earlier. In other words, after being told that the pool is closed, I should have complained so that I could then be told that actually we can use another pool. I understand that this isn’t the owners fault and they did a great job with responding quickly to any and all questions. As for others staying here, I’m sure you will enjoy your stay, but be aware that the property management on site may not let you know that there is access to surrounding pools if that is something you care about. ##### Adam S.
