With a cozy stone fireplace and a private patio overlooking trees and the mountains in the distance, the welcoming great room is an ideal place to curl up after a fun-filled day on the slopes. Boasting a full kitchen with a spacious island, everything needed is on hand whether you stay a few days or a few weeks! Make yourself at home in this one-bedroom condo, which has the cozy feel of a mountain cabin. Natural wood beamed ceilings overhead and soft carpet underfoot welcome you to relax and enjoy the comforts of mountain living. A full wall of glass doors allows natural light to flood the open-concept great room, bringing some of Colorado's natural beauty right indoors. Step outside and relax on the private patio of this ground floor unit, where trees add privacy and the mountains can be seen in the distance. The living room in this condo is well suited for quality family time, with a comfortable sofa and two easy chairs arranged in a way that promotes conversation and easily accessible game times around the coffee table. The stone fireplace adds a nice touch to the space and brings warmth and ambiance on winter evenings. You'll also find a large flat screen TV situated in the living area to add to the entertainment options. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers. You will receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges.
