Only drawbacks are the loft area has a very low ceiling and steep stairs making it only suitable for kids who are capable of climbing the stairs. Exceptional in every way. I particularly loved the interaction with the property manager. I have no idea who it was, but they were incredibly prompt with responses and suggestions when I inquired about another stay. I have never received this level of service from a hotel. As far as the property, everything was clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. I woke up dreading the fact that I didn't have coffee, but I hadn't noticed from the night before that there was a Keurig fully stocked. Major bonus points here. Games and box fans available for use as well. This place was top tier practicality for our purposes. If I go back to Aspen Snowmass, I will be using this property again for sure. ##### Derrin W. Just as depicted in photos (except the carpet has been upgraded to wood flooring). Check-in was easy and management was very responsive to questions. The grounds of the Aspenwood complex were beautifully maintained and the heated pool and hot tub were a treat after a day of hiking. The location is great - easy walking distance to the Snowmass Mall and free bus shuttle to downtown Aspen. A short free gondola ride makes access to the new Snowmass Base Village easy. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again! ##### Tracey A. Location/ proximity to slopes and mall was excellent. Living space was comfortable. Pool and hot tub right across from the building. And responsiveness of our hosts was superior! Anything we needed or questions we had were addressed as if we were their only guests. We cannot wait to return to this unit. ##### David G. You can walk to restaurants, bars, and, most importantly, the slopes. The property is also located directly across from the hot tub, which makes for an appreciated short walk upon exiting. And communications, ease of check in/out, and directions to the property were all great. But what the pictures online don't reveal is that property is very tired. The carpet is ragged and covered in stains. The couch and bedding was also stained. The bathroom was also unclean. For the price and the rave reviews we were very disappointed. I hate giving negative reviews but I cannot recommend this property in its current condition. ##### Robyn W. The property was perfectly located with the Snowmass mall, ski slope and local shuttle service within 1 minute walk. The property and complex was in very good shape. We specially liked that the hot tub was located just outside the door! Cleanliness of property was top notch. Charlie was was very attentive and communicated multiple times with us prior to and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend this property for family of 4\. Also would recommend taking advantage of Doug and Charlie’s concierge service. It was reasonably priced and we received everything we asked. ##### Daniel K. It The studio unit is spacious and very clean, with the two single beds upstairs being enjoyed by our boys. The windows on two sides also let in plenty of natural light. All beds were comfortable.
