Located right at the base of the mountain, it made it easy for us to walk to the gondola and restaurants with our kids. The property itself was beautiful - very modern and clean. I loved the way it was decorated…lots of beautiful RH furniture throughout. The kids loved the upstairs area with 4 bunk beds. The only thing that is a slight negative (and this is very minor) is the upstairs is open so when the kids go to bed, it’s hard to use the downstairs living area because the TV and lights would keep them awake. Highly recommend Top notch villa in Snowmass. It is located next to One Snowmass and is an easy, short walk to Base Village. The lobby area is extremely nice with a large TV and fireplace. All of the amenities are pristine, including towels and lockers at the pool. Ski in - ski out via Assay Hill lift. Locker for ski equipment was easily accessible. The villa was immaculately cleaned and all of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with any items needed for cooking. The bathrooms had a hairdryer and hair/soap products. Highly recommend. Managers are great communicators. ##### Claire M.
