The house sits on a 1.1 acre secluded lot surrounded by almost 2 acres of common green space with sweeping views of the mountains. Everything in the house is Brand New (Oct 2019) which includes all furniture, linens, towels, 8 person Whirlpool hot tub, appliances, 7 TVs (65” TV in great room - all TV’s have Xfinity 400+ channels and Netflix), and 550 sqft game room with 2 pool table/ping pong table combo’s, 2 dart boards & putting green game. This house brings a feeling of being completely submerged in nature, is centrally located to everything Snowmass and Aspen has to offer which makes it the perfect entertaining home for all to enjoy summer or winter activities. Easy drive into Aspen, about 20 minutes. The game room in the garage needs a net for ping pong and flights for the darts so we couldn’t play those, but the kids had fun playing pool. It was immaculate and I’m a clean freak. House had all the amenities of a hotel. The hot tub and massage chair were great after a long day on the slopes. The whole house has incredible views of the mountains and I even got to see deer around the house while having my morning coffee every day of my stay. The property location was amazing because you feel like your in a private setting surrounded by nature but you are just 2-3 minutes away from the slopes and Snowmass Mall. The location is ideal not only for skiers, but for anyone who wants to enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains, and great restaurants nearby.
