The kitchen was equipped. The place was clean and a good size for our family. Because we were there in the summer and had to keep the windows open, it was not quiet. There were kids screaming in the gondolas that go right past the balcony, as well as people yelling and dogs barking . That is to be expected in a condominium community, though.
