Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. A bit difficult to find on the GPS, but once we did we were greeted by Snowmass Hospitality representative who directed us to our private parking place, met us there with a luggage cart, and took us to our 3rd floor unit. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, living room-dining room with HD TV and full Comcast cable, large bathroom with shower and tub, good sized bedroom with king bed, and porch balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the mountains. There is a convenience store and restaurants within 2 minute walk, and a full grocery store very close by. A really pleasant surprise was the passes to the Snowmass Club! The club had a family pool, adult pool, lap pool and whirlpool outside. The locker rooms had a steam, sauna, whirlpool, and all of the private club amenities. The staff was very helpful with directions to scenic sights. Ironically, that’s exactly what they said when they made a mistake in the room reservation to begin with. If you are using Expedia to book with this company- beware. Probably the cleanest condo we have ever stayed, with everything supplied that a household would have! Centrally located, walking distance to everything in Snowmass Village! Beautiful grounds! Very quiet and private setup, didnt hardly run across anyone in elevator or halls. Plenty of parking underneath in the garage. I have nothing negative to say about this place at all! The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful from check-in to answering questions. It was a bit of a inconvenience and confusing to get from the garage to the building C (I had to go through 2 different elevators and a sky bridge).
