Charming house on a river

This is a lovely home on a river, but unfortunately, when we stayed there, it was being remodeled, and it was less than desirable. Also, we rented as part of the larger home and I don't think it's self-sufficient because they have a washing machine and dryer, which is really a deterrent especially given the price. It's very well appointed and quite lovely.
