The home as been fully updated inside & out to provide a beautiful, modern and cozy basecamp for all your Pacific Northwest Adventures. The home is located 1 block from Historic Downtown Snoqualmie. A quick walk to restaurants, Snoqualmie Brewery, shops, the river and so much more. We are 1 mile to the Snoqualmie Falls, 5 minutes to North Bend, surrounded by amazing Hiking Trails, 30 mins to Skiing @ the pass and 5 minutes to the Snoqualmie Casino. The Snoqualmie Casita is the perfect escape with all of the comforts of home. This home has been completely remodeled with designer finishes and modern comfortable furniture. An open-concept family room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings helps the 800 sq ft home live large (plus additional 200 sq ft detached room). There are 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms each with a Queen bed and blackout curtains to provide a dreamy sleep. The mudroom offers a full size Washer & Dryer, Desk area, and extra storage. The detached room is a wonderful space to use as a 3rd bedroom (Queen Sleeper Sofa) or as a 2nd Family Room. There is also a 55" Roku TV in the detached room. The home is equipped with AC as well. It is a wonderful location - because of our close proximity to downtown Snoqualmie we do have neighbors and town visitors that park around our home. There is always parking to be found in front of or behind the home but not always directly in front of the home. We also have a small detached driveway that our Guests are welcome to park in IF your vehicle will completely fit in the driveway and not go out on the sidewalk. If your vehicle is too large and will cover even part of the sidewalk we ask that you please park on the street. If you park in the driveway you can enter thru the gate to the right and go thru the backyard to the entry door thru the mudroom. Thank you for understanding. SNOQUALMIE SIREN: What is that sound at 12:00 noon? Don't be alarmed by the siren that sounds off Monday-Saturday at 12:00pm. The Snoqualmie Siren mimics the old Snoqualmie Falls Lumbar Company Mill whistle. It's just part of the towns history and part of the charm that is Snoqualmie. Please note we do have 2 security cameras. A security camera that points to the front patio and the sidewalk in front of the home and one in front of the garage that records the driveway and part of the sidewalk. It was a well stocked home and very nicely decorated. It had everything I needed and was nice to back to each evening. The bed was super comfy and the shower amazing. I really enjoyed being there. All of the little personal touches from a welcome note to us specifically and a couple little treats and the most adorable home. It was perfectly decorated, pristine cleanliness And so close to downtown that we arrived and walked straight to dinner. And then walked around town after dinner because everything was so closely located and such a beautiful little community. Snoqualmie Casita was the perfect place for my wife and I, along with our grown son, to enjoy a few days together. We loved the location as it allowed for some wonderful walks to explore the beautiful riverside setting of the quaint little town of Snoqualmie. We also were a short drive from Snoqualmie Falls and many wonderful hiking areas. The house was well equipped and clean. We put the chef's kitchen to great use! My family and I were attending a wedding near Snoqualmie. it was such a unexpected pleasure to find this listing on VRBO. It saved us money and was a perfect location and well appointed small home. it was perfect for 4 people who were traveling a distance. We parked the car and walked to the cute little town next to a vintage railway museum. It also was a short drive to the Snoqualmie Falls which is a MUST see attraction. The falls were an easy walk for anyone older or very young! We didn't cook but it had a fully stocked kitchen. Best part is, Alisha furnished coffee and snacks which was so appreciated for on the go visitors. Snoqualmie is a amazing destination! Highly recommend this property. ##### Jill M. We traveled to the area for a wedding with 4 adults and 1 toddler. We were looking for an accommodating house to be our base camp for wedding festivities, but also explore the local attractions as well. This was it! We walked a short distance each morning to Downtown Snoqualmie for coffee and snacks (multiple options) and found ourselves eating at a few other spots locally or a short 10 minute drive to North Bend. We also cooked multiple times at the house which also had everything! Alisha was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. We had plans to only read, watch trash TV, & put some Lego sets together.The home is situated on a fork in the road, so there were no neighbors on 3 sides. It was a quiet street with low traffic. My small SUV wasn't able to fit in the small driveway, but there was plenty of street parking & we were able to park right in front of the house.The house is represented perfectly on VRBO. The house is 2 bed, 1 bath, with a kitchen/family room open concept. It has a detached living space that we did not enter or use. There is a small enclosed yard, but it was too cold to be outside.The kitchen was "fully loaded" with a full size fridge, large gourmet oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, & small microwave. It was stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, servingware, etc. We didn't really cook, but it was good to know that we could have made a 4-course meal if need be.The house was very clean & the host left a little welcome snack basket for us. I love little touches like that, makes it feel welcoming & homey.I recommend to a small group of friends or a few couples for a nice getaway.
