We have a microwave and mini fridge in each room and a coffee bar downstairs. To protect the serenity of Deer Ridge, we have quiet hours between 8pm and 8am. The Neighborhood: This home is in the country to give you an escape from the city. We are about 30 minutes to downtown Everett and about an hour to Seattle. Downtown Snohomish is an easy drive and features many antique shops and restaurants. We are not far from the Boeing Main plant and Paine Field Airport.
