From misty morning sunrise to golden sunsets, the sweeping views of Norris Lake can't be beat at this contemporary, three-bedroom lake house. Situated directly waterfront, make the most of prime lakeside living with a two-tiered dock and sun deck or fire up the gas grill and soak in the breeze on the furnished deck. In the evenings, gather around the firepit for starlight conversation and maybe a S'more or two.

Designed for modern comfort, the home comes well-appointed with updated fixtures and amenities. Boasting strong natural lighting and an open floor plan, the main floor welcomes household living with space to spread out. Relax beside the gas fireplace in the living room while enjoying a movie night on the flatscreen TV or kick-back with a good book in the sunny sitting area. The sleek, updated kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including dual ovens and a dishwasher - ready to handle family style meals with ease. There's barstool seating for four and an eat-in dining table set for six.

The primary suite and a second en suite bedroom can be found upstairs. The primary suite features a walk-in closet, smart TV, private balcony, and attached bathroom with a gorgeous clawfoot tub and standalone shower. A magical escape awaits downstairs in the "Honeycomb Hideaway" - perfect for kids, this room features a custom bunk nook with a hidden play area stocked with toys and games. There is also direct patio access from this room.

THINGS TO KNOW
The backyard has uneven stairs leading to the patio from the dock. Use caution.
While fishing is allowed, HOA rules prohibit guest water access (no swimming, boating or water sports allowed).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great lake house and stay
Had a few small issues that were qmcommunicated with the property manager on our arrival. They were not able to correct the issues before my stay ended but it was a minor inconvenience and the property manager communicated that they could not fix the problem quickly. To me, communication was handled so promptly that it didn't matter. Besides the lake, the views each morning, and the cleanliness of the overall property made a great week to come home each night after working in the area all day. Hope to stay again soon. Only recommendation I would have to improve would be to have a keireg coffee maker at the property.

Marijuana & Strong Perfume to try to cover it up.
I should've trusted my gut when I saw another person with a bad review and trouble with contacting management company. Rent at your own Peril!! Upon check in we were blasted upon opening the front door with the smell or marijuana & perfume. I immediately spent hours on the phone trying to reach someone. VRBO told me it's a 24/7 management company Vacasa, but I guess not on Sunday Evening. At 11:54 am the next morning I received a return call, the polite Vacasa agent told me the cleaners had noted that there had been a marijuana party and they would issue a refund. Needless to say we were not able to continue our stay. I'd like to believe I'm a reasonable person. We spent all night airing out the place and slept with all the windows open (50 degrees brrrr). Everyone woke with a headache, not cool for children. So we booked another place to salvage our vacation, we couldn't get a place on late notice for the whole week, so we ended up shuttling around. It's been 8 days, still no refund as promised, VRBO was of little help. As a result we used another service to book our replacement lodging. I guess I'll have to get a lawyer to recover our rental fee. I Never had a bad experience renting a house and we've rented 12 over the last few years. What a nightmare. The place was otherwise beautiful, but that's of little value if you can't use the place. The fact I saw two other negative reviews, should have halted me in my tracks.

Beautiful view, comfortable house. This was our second time staying here for a week!
Since we here been here before, we noticed that Things were in disarray in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Management brought us things that were missing. Still, house needed to be more well stocked! needs paper towels, laundry soap swifter sheets, new vacuum cleaner bags, glasses and forks.

Great property but poor management
It’s a beautiful property, great location, and quiet neighborhood. But we had some issues and the management failed to help us. The front door code didn’t work upon checking in, and we had to wait over a hour to get inside. The dryer and coffee maker never worked. We sent several communications to management, but they passed the call from one person to another and never resolved our issues. Disappointing. With better management, we will definitely come back.

Incredible place to stay!
We stayed here on a business trip for a couple days. Incredible property! Clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. The lake was peaceful and serene. Thinking of coming back in the summer.

2nd bedroom with (2) double beds actually holds (2) twin cots. Ants in tree over the drive should be exterminated - our vehicle was infested with little red ants after one night. Spider webs inside and out. All outdoor seating should be cleaned.

Place to lay your head
This was a spacious, clean place to lay our heads. The lake was pretty to look at. Would of earned a higher rating if we hadn’t had issues with the key code working upon our check in, if the grass had been mowed(very long), and if there were some basic guest conveniences. Things like a few extra rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, dish rags, laundry soap etc. They ask you to start a load of wash upon check out however do not leave laundry soap.

Lots of potential but poor upkeep and maintenance
Property had a beautiful lake view but all outdoor furniture was covered in spider webs when we arrived. There were also several spiders inside and we had to clean out cobwebs from corners in bedrooms and bathrooms. Given the location of this property it should be treated for insects which it clearly is not. We spent a couple of hours our first day trying to clean the deck and dock area. Called the property manager to clean. I think they came and maybe sprayed it down with water but did not see much of a difference. We did not spend any time sitting in the old, weathered and spider infested patio furniture. Only 2 of three advertised showers were available to use during most of our stay. I was promised a $100 refund for the inconvenience But I have yet to receive this refund. The house also had a strong mildew or mold smell. We sprayed two cans of lysol and the smell remained. Also, the wood floor boards are not well connected. There are several gaps in the wood across the floor. The property manager is responsive but really disappointing however often I had to reach out to them on our stay. If you are looking for a relaxing stay to enjoy a lake view I would not suggest this spot.
