"Took about 15 minutes to get hot water. Bathtub/shower all chipped. Light kept flickering at entrance way of room. Outside area quite dirty by main entrance."

"This property was welcoming for pets and only a $20 pet fee per night. Nice pet walking area and ground floor rooms if requested. "

"The best thing this hotel has going for it is that there are other hotels nearby that you can choose from. Upon our arrival, the room we had reserved(two double beds) was not available. The front desk blamed the Hotels.com site. We were told our room had a small paint crack in the ceiling. That was inaccurate. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, causing plaster to be missing and black mildew to appear. Avoid room 214. On the plus side, the front desk person on staff the following morning was very pleasant and appeared horrified when I showed her the picture of the bathroom ceiling. Find another hotel in the area. There are plenty. Thankfully for us, it was a short stay."

"Staff at check in very helpful. Room very clean but public areas lobby halls etc dingy need deep cleaning and tlc. Lights and outlets next to bed did not work. HVAC fine. Shower was abysmal. Not enough pressure to rinse out shampoo or soap. Either head is clogged or pipes inadequate. Either way very medicore stay. Breakfast pretty bare or basic. Look elsewhere "
