This former warehouse combines modern comfort with rich history in an area that was once a lively canal. The apartments reflect the city's history and are ideal for exploring Sneek. The building has had various functions and is now transformed into stylish accommodations with unique charm and historical ambiance.  
  
The Space:  
Our apartments on the beautiful Singel in Sneek offer a luxurious and stylish stay experience. Each apartment combines modern comfort with unique decor, ranging from Ibiza style to warm green tones and elegant golden accents. The apartments are fully equipped with modern kitchens, luxurious en-suite bathrooms, and air conditioning. They vary in size from 51m² to 65m² and can accommodate two to four people. With amenities such as private terraces, stunning views, and comfortable living spaces, our apartments are ideal for both relaxation and exploration of the rich history and vibrant atmosphere of Sneek.  
  
This 60m² four-person apartment on the second floor offers a bedroom with a double bed and a luxurious bathroom, plus an additional bedroom on a mezzanine. The cozy layout, including a living room with a luxury kitchen and air conditioning throughout the apartment, creates a welcoming atmosphere. The stylish decor in golden and black tones enhances the feeling of luxury, making this apartment an ideal choice for a comfortable stay in Sneek.

The Neighborhood:  
The neighborhood around the Singel in Sneek is a charming and historic area, located on a picturesque street that was once a bustling canal. The east side of the Singel is characterized by rich and tall buildings, while the west side, traditionally known as Achterom, mainly consists of warehouses and small houses. This area used to serve as a supply route for goods to the merchant houses on Grootzand. The neighborhood reflects an interesting mix of prosperity and historical architecture, with a rich history dating back to the time of thriving trade via the local waterways. Additionally, there are many dining options, shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, making it a lively and attractive place to stay.  
  
Getting Around:  
In the charming city center, including the scenic Singel, driving is restricted between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM to maintain the area's tranquility. For convenient parking, we recommend P-Zuid Waterpoort (listed as Parkeergarage Boschplein on Google Maps), where you can park for free for the first 24 hours, and then for €1.44 per 30 minutes.  
  
The Central Station is conveniently located less than 1 kilometer away, about a 13-minute walk. Alternatively, the bus, which stops twice on our street, will get you there in just 7 minutes. Enjoy the ease of access and explore Sneek with complete peace of mind!
