"Super easy booking and contact with the host. Everything worked, nice quiet location, easy check in and out instructions. Super close to family, great host."

"The property was well taken care of and clean. The parking situation was a bit tricky because of the steep driveway but manageable. Only issue was the storm door hardware was attached in front of the house door knob and made it difficult to close the door without injuring your hand. That said I would recommend the property. It is very convenient to the marina for fishermen. "

"The boat dock is really nice and the boat launch is very close by. This is the place to stay for boating. After boating the backyard area is ideally designed for hanging out and BBQ. Will definitely come back. "

"Great access to the water. Beds are comfortable. House was clean with a well equiped kitchen. Location wise, New Tazwell is close so grabbing dinner or extra supplies is no big deal. I would highly recommend this property. "
