Newly constructed in 2020, it has undergone a professional remodel that showcases a modern, inviting, open, and comforting beachy feel throughout every level to make you truly feel right at home and sleeps up to 12 people. Take note of the hand-picked details and special touches chosen to welcome you with a warm embrace and let your worries drift away as the beach vacation of your dreams begins. The Reverse floor plan of this property offers the top level to be the gathering place for all! Enjoy the large open entertainment space in the Living room with a 65-inch smart TV that includes access to cable and all your streaming service needs. Take a seat on the large accommodating sectional, which also includes a Queen sleeper sofa, and take part in a family game night, or bundle up with your favorite book while listening to the waves crash on the shore. Make your way into the spacious and well-equipped kitchen to whip up some delicious meals! The kitchen features all brand-new stainless steel appliances, Cuisinart cookware, plenty of dishes for all of your needs, and a 100” granite top island with bar stool seating for four. The large dining table seats eight as well. The top level also features a Master bedroom with a King-size bed and an en suite bathroom that includes a double vanity sink which provides ample space for your belongings. It also has access to the top-floor deck that has an abundant amount of lounge chairs, deck chairs, and a picnic table for your outdoor meals! Venture down to the main level where you will find another Master King-size bedroom accompanied by an en suite bathroom which also shares access to the main floor deck. The third bedroom has two Twin over Twin bunk beds, sleeps four, and is the perfect spot for the little ones! The fourth bedroom has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom as well. You will find a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway of the main level for your convenience. Each bedroom has gorgeous ocean views and deck access as well. There is also a kitchenette/wet bar area equipped with a mini fridge for your late-night snacks and refreshments, a coffee maker for a morning cup of Joe, a microwave, and glassware for your favorite cocktails! The main-level deck has a private covered gazebo that provides a nice shaded area to beat the summer heat as well as private access directly to the beach and ocean.
